Tim Sample

Tim Sample is a seasoned commercial executive in the building services and HVAC industry, currently serving as the Regional Vice President for Trane, leading approximately 500 associates across the Mid-Atlantic region. Previously, Tim held positions such as Area General Manager and District General Manager at Trane, where they significantly increased revenue and managed large teams. Tim also contributes to multiple organizations as an Investment Advisory Council member for Metro Venture Properties and an Advisory Board member for Robert Mazza, Inc. Tim's education continues at Case Western Reserve University.
