James Watson serves as the SVP of Brand Development at Robert Talbott since October 2024, contributing to one of America's oldest luxury menswear brands. Previously, James held the role of Creative & Business Director at Jack Victor Limited, where a commitment to accessible luxury and timeless menswear was central to the brand's ethos. Prior experience includes International Sales Director at Eleventy USA, LLC, overseeing wholesale activities and brand launches in luxury department stores globally. James also worked as Merchandise Manager for Michael Kors, engaging with various retail channels in the USA and Mexico. Additional roles included International Business Development at Slowear, Menswear Design and Development Manager at Liberty of London, and Guest Lecturer at IED Istituto Europeo di Design. Early career positions included Buyer’s Assistant at TOPSHOP TOPMAN and Senior Sales Associate roles at Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. James holds an Executive Program degree in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. (Hons) in Fashion Design with Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
