Stephen Au is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in design and product development, particularly in menswear and childrenswear. They have held prominent roles, including Vice President and Senior Design Director at prestigious companies such as Ralph Lauren, SIMON SPURR, and Kenneth Cole. Stephen currently leads their branding and creative design consultancy, AN ISSUE OF DESIGN, LLC, where they collaborate with notable brands like AMIRI and 3SIXTEEN. Their extensive background includes a comprehensive understanding of the design process, from concept development to production, and they have successfully launched their own children’s wear brand, AOKO NOKO. Stephen holds degrees in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
