Chris Hicks

Chris Hicks is currently the Global Head of Contract Payroll at Robert Walters Group, where they oversee key payroll functions across the organization. Previously, Chris served in various roles at Robert Walters, including Payroll Administrator, Contract Payroll Supervisor, and Contract Payroll Manager. From 2006 to 2024, Chris led the UK Contract Payroll divisions for both Robert Walters and Resource Solutions, managing a team of 23 and ensuring the precise processing of a substantial volume of payroll. Chris has also taken on responsibilities such as staff management and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
