Grace Solidum

Grace Solidum is an experienced professional in credit and billing services, currently serving as the Head of Credit & Billing Services at Robert Walters since August 2018. Grace has held multiple high-level positions at the company, including Senior Manager for Manila GSC Support Functions and Head of the Global Service Centre. Prior to this, Grace worked at Optia Partners from March 2011 to July 2018 as an Industry Specialist in Professional Services, with a focus on recruitment operations as Operations Manager and support for legal candidate portfolios as Senior Researcher. Earlier experience includes a role as Management Recruitment Officer at ePerformax Contact Centers. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Computer Applications from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
