Issac Tan, MBA, CFA, is currently the Internal Strategy and Finance Lead for APAC at Robert Walters, where they focus on driving growth and profitability through strategic initiatives. Previously, Issac held roles at BC Invest, Citi, and Maybank, accumulating over eight years of experience in strategy and corporate development within the financial services sector. With an educational background that includes an MBA from Singapore Management University and a BSc from the University of London, Issac also holds CFA, PMP, and PMI-ACP certifications. Their expertise encompasses financial planning and analysis, strategic development, and operational excellence. Outside of work, Issac enjoys reading, investing, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
