Laura Gripton

Laura Gripton graduated with a 2:1 in Psychology from the University of Manchester and subsequently completed the GDL and LPC at the College of Law in Birmingham. They worked as a Paralegal in the Employment and Equal Pay Team at Weightmans LLP before becoming a Trainee Solicitor and later a Solicitor specializing in Real Estate at DWF LLP. In 2016, Laura transitioned to Legal Recruitment, joining Robert Walters, where they currently serve as the Business Director in the Permanent Private Practice team, focusing on recruiting qualified legal positions across the Midlands.
