Leoni Simpson

Leoni Simpson has over 10 years of work experience, starting in 2010 as a Team Assistant at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies. In 2012, they transitioned to a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, where they quickly advanced to Senior Recruitment Consultant and then Manager of the Business Support Recruitment Team. In 2017, they became a Senior Manager for HR and Business Support, and later took on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition & Learning for both NSW and ANZ at Robert Walters. Leoni is responsible for shaping the Talent Acquisition and ongoing Learning journey for the ANZ businesses, supporting team growth and facilitating ongoing development for employees.
