Max Sworder

Max Sworder is currently the Principal at Robert Walters, leading senior finance appointments in the North West. Previously, Max served as a Partner in the Private Capital – CFO Practice at SF Executive, where they specialized in placing high-level finance candidates in investor-backed and privately owned organizations. Prior to that, Max was a Senior Manager at Hays, managing permanent hires across Manchester, and held the role of Managing Director for the Construction & Property sector in Atlanta. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Chester, graduated in 2013, and completed their earlier education at King Edward VII and Queen Mary's and Lytham High School.
