Scott Kyle

Scott Kyle is a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong focus on government and IT sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Robert Walters since April 2023, Scott leads recruitment for Data & Analytics, CRM, and ERP roles across New South Wales government departments, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Account Manager for Transport for New South Wales at Randstad Australia, overseeing IT recruitment for government projects. Experience also includes roles at Hays, where recruitment for Project & Change Management positions within the Federal Government was emphasized. Earlier in the career, Scott worked as a Development Officer for the Australian Football League, fostering sports participation among primary school students.
