Stephen Edwards has a strong work history in marketing and strategy roles. Stephen started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1996, where they served as Head of Global Marketing for Risk Management Solutions until 2003. Edwards then joined Robert Walters, where they held various high-level positions. Stephen began as the Group Marketing Director in 2003 and eventually became the Chief Marketing Officer in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Robert Walters.

Stephen Edwards has a BA in Geography from the University of Bristol, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1994, they attended Gorseinon Tertiary College. Stephen also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of London, specifically the CIM program, from 1999 to 2001. More recently, starting in 2013, they attended the Harvard Business School where they specialized in Leading Professional Services Firms.
