Douglas Hercher

Douglas Hercher is a seasoned professional in the lodging and hospitality finance industry, currently serving as the Managing Director and Founder of RobertDouglas since December 2012. With a focus on arranging sales, financing, and equity capitalization for hotel, resort, and gaming properties across North America, Hercher emphasizes collaboration with unique domestic and offshore capital sources. Previous roles include Board Member at Outside Capital, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman, and Managing Director at Lehman Brothers, among others. Hercher's extensive experience includes senior leadership positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and involvement in corporate acquisitions at Investcorp. Academically, Hercher holds a BA in History from Colgate University, an MBA in Real Estate/Finance from Columbia Business School, and additional studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
