Daniel Gross is currently the Sr. Director of Food Grade Manufacturing at Robertet Group, North America, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Business Process Manager in Quality Assurance and held positions at ZX Ventures and Mark Anthony Brewing Inc, where they advanced their expertise in quality and operational management. Daniel began their career in the beverage industry as a Lab Assistant at Dark Matter Distillers and honed their skills at Flying Goat Cellars as a Tasting Room Associate and Cellar Crew member. They earned a Master of Science degree with distinction in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology & Society from Cornell University.
