Mark Bailey

Mark Bailey currently serves as the Senior Vice President of the Global Flavors Division at Robertet Group, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mark was the Senior Vice President for Key Global Accounts at DSM-Firmenich for nearly a year. From 1992 to 2023, a significant tenure at Firmenich was marked by various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Vice President of Global Business Development, where responsibilities included managing global key accounts and developing regional strategies. Earlier experience includes roles such as Vice President for the Greater China Flavor Division and Commercial Director for Sub-Saharan Africa. Mark's career began as a Research Scientist at Mars Confectionery, focusing on product development. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Melbourne.
