Prior to that, Larry was a Managing Director at a Chicago based Executive Search Firm. Larry holds a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 1992. Roberts & Ryan is a boutique executive search firm that caters to a variety of industries and clients, ranging from small/mid-market companies to Fortune 500 corporations.
