We’re a team of business psychologists and wellbeing specialists, passionate about creating Good Days at Work for everyone, everywhere.
Built on the heritage and solid expertise of our founders, Professors Ivan Robertson and Sir Cary Cooper, we’ve been working with clients and partners to deliver innovative, integrated wellbeing solutions with lasting impact for almost 20 years.

We’re pioneers of workplace wellbeing, and continue to lead the way in the sector via research, thought leadership and landmark events – such as the Good Day at Work Conversation . In turn, we aspire to influence society in a positive and forward thinking way.

We have tried and tested solutions to support our clients to measure wellbeing, create wellbeing champions networks and embed wellbeing and resilience orientated training and development.
