Anouk Douma

Anouk Douma has a diverse background in human resources and project management, with experience spanning over a decade. Early career experience includes a role as a Stagiair Human Resource at Heineken, where support was provided to the HR and Training department. At Turien & Co Assuradeuren, Anouk served as a Personeelsadviseur and later as Ondersteunend Relatiebeheerder Markt & Product, advising management and maintaining intermediary relationships. Anouk continued to develop expertise at Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep as an HR adviseur and has held multiple positions at Robidus since January 2022, including Projectmanager and HR Business Partner.
