Aron Schilder

Aron Schilder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management. As the Founder of Robin since January 2018, Aron advocates for the inclusion of all individuals in the hiring process. Prior to this role, Aron founded Mijn Sales Recruiter in January 2010, focusing on connecting top sales professionals with opportunities. Previously, Aron worked as an Account Manager at WR Leading in Finance from April 2008 to September 2009, where responsibilities included proactively engaging prospects and fulfilling staffing needs at both executive and management levels. Aron holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Aron completed secondary education at Titus Brandsma Lyceum.
