Our mission is to acquire and operate a single business—anywhere in the U.S.—with the intent of building and growing it over the long term. We are backed by a group of experienced, well-capitalized investors and operators with deep expertise in acquiring and scaling small to mid-sized businesses.

Industry Focus: B2B services businesses with $750K to $4M in EBITDA.
