Michael Paone

Michael Paone has diverse work experience, starting as a social worker at Brownsville Academy High School in 2011. Moving forward, they worked as a program director at the Woodenfish Foundation, a marketing consultant at Nextdoor.com, and a project coordinator for Policy, Advocacy & Research at the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies. Paone was a freelance copywriter and creative strategist from 2017 to 2020, working with clients such as STAGES International, Terry Patten, Bay Area Integral and WeBranding Global. Michael also worked at WeBranding Global as a copywriter/creative strategist from 2019 to 2021. Alongside their freelance work, Paone managed Michael Paone Life Coaching, aiding people in transformation and development. Paone was also a Guest Lecturer at Parsons School of Design - The New School and a coach at Spring Health. Currently, they are a Robin Coach at Robin, starting in 2023.

Michael Paone attended Boston University from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Philosophy. In 2016-2017, they studied Advertising at Adhouse. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2020, they attended the Deena Levy Theater Studio to study Acting. Recently, in 2020-2021, Michael completed the Professional Coaching Certification program at New Ventures West. Michael has received several additional certifications, including a Certified Integral Coach certification from New Ventures West, a Spiral Dynamics Integral certification from Spiral Dynamics, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation. Finally, they became a member of the International Coaching Federation and received the ICF Member Badge in October 2022.
