Following a successful career in sales and recruitment, Tom understood that to drive successful RPA programmes required meeting market demand for both skilled talent and an effective delivery model – and is jointly responsible for delivering on these requirements. As well as shaping the strategic direction of Robiquity, he remains ‘hands on’ in sales, operations and client engagements - as well as promoting the company’s innovative, go to market products - A.T.O.M.™ and ScaleSafe™- to a global market.
