Previously held the position of Managing Director for Southern and East Africa, achieving a 10% revenue increase and optimizing supply chain operations at a global drilling consumables leader. As the founder of Women@Work and an experienced leader in various companies including Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Sandvik, Rumisha has consistently demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, market expansion, and team leadership.
