Amit Babbar is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as Senior Director and India Site Leader at Roblox since November 2023. Prior to this, Amit held roles such as Senior Director and India Site Lead at Navan, overseeing talent acquisition and employee engagement from February 2022 to November 2023. Amit's experience encompasses significant leadership positions at MongoDB, where responsibilities included directing India operations and talent acquisition from September 2016 to February 2022. Amit began a career in talent acquisition at Ameriprise Financial Services from 2009 to August 2016, with earlier roles at Indosys Corporation, Artech Information Systems, and Sapient Corporation.
