Ankit Sharma currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Roblox since May 2025, bringing extensive experience in tech talent acquisition across diverse global markets. Prior to Roblox, Ankit held the position of Tech Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA & APAC at Deel, leading a team of 13 recruiters and focusing on tailored strategies to attract top technical talent. Ankit also served as Global Talent Sourcing Leader, responsible for expanding a global team of talent sourcers across multiple regions. At MongoDB, Ankit was pivotal in scaling the India office, significantly increasing headcount while also managing various recruiting functions across APAC. Ankit's early career included roles at Ameriprise Financial Services, where best practice hiring methods were established, and Tech-Pro, LLC. Ankit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Bharat Institute of Technology.
