Ben Gianacakos

Ben Gianacakos is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Knowledge Management, Quality, & Learning at Roblox since December 2022. Previously held roles include Senior TPM for Engineering Team Development at Twitter, Senior Program Manager for Education at Facebook, and Learning & Development Manager at Amazon, where responsibilities spanned strategy development, training design, and global HR training initiatives. Early in the career, Ben served as the Learning and Development Manager at WSECU, Statewide Investigations Training Manager for the State of Washington, Engineering Training Manager in the United States Navy, and Engineering Laboratory Technician. Ben holds an MBA from Saint Martin's University and a BS in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
