Desiree Fish is the Vice President of Global Communications at Roblox. Desiree has over eight years of experience in communications and marketing, including seven years at TripAdvisor.

At TripAdvisor, Desiree was responsible for leading communications efforts in markets worldwide. Desiree created and led purposeful and impactful company campaigns, such as the animal welfare program and educational portal. Desiree also steered and managed the company's approach, execution, and communications plans for sensitive customer, partner, and industry issues.

Desiree is a strategic thinker who is always looking for ways to test and learn in order to get to impact and scale. Desiree is a strong leader with a proven track record of success in managing complex communications challenges.

Desiree Fish attended The University of Kansas and earned a BS in Journalism with a focus in Business Communications.
