Earl Hammon is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Roblox since November 2022, Earl previously held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Respawn Entertainment from May 2010 onward. Prior to this, Earl worked as a Lead Programmer at Infinity Ward from January 2002 to April 2010. Earl Hammon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tulsa between 1994 and 1998.
