Grace Nie

Grace Nie is a data science leader with a robust background in consumer applications and media, currently serving as Senior Manager, Data Science at Roblox. They have previously held roles as a Senior Data Scientist at Netflix, where they led metrics research and developed measurement frameworks, as well as various positions at companies like Adobe and The Meadows Technology Corporation. In addition to their ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Statistics from Stanford University, Grace is actively involved as Conservation Director at Biodiversity Hub International and Programs Officer at Uganda Youth Biodiversity Network, focusing on biodiversity policy and communication strategies. Their early experience includes a conservation internship at Fauna & Flora, where they mapped forest plots and analyzed data.
