Jeff Conway

Jeff Conway, MBA, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of people analytics and organizational psychology with extensive experience across various prestigious organizations. Conway served as Vice President of People Analytics at Credit Suisse, where scientific research was conducted to predict workplace outcomes. At Aon, Conway developed the Adaptive Employee Personality Test (ADEPT-15), the first multidimensional computer adaptive forced choice personality assessment for the private sector. Further experience includes roles as a Senior Research Scientist at ACT, focusing on the efficacy of WorkKeys assessments, and as a Research Scientist at Amazon, where several HR research projects and online assessments were implemented. Currently, Conway is a Senior People Scientist at Roblox.
