Jim Greer

Jim Greer is a seasoned technology and gaming executive with extensive experience leading engineering teams across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering, Creator Services and Success at Roblox since August 2022, Greer focuses on supporting creators in building thriving businesses on the platform. Prior to this role, Greer held the position of Director of Engineering at Roblox and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bash, a video conferencing app acquired by Roblox. As the founder of CounterPAC, Greer promoted electoral reform, while also contributing to Represent.Us as a board member. Greer co-founded Kongregate, an indie gaming platform, and worked at Electronic Arts as a Technical Director. Notably, Greer was involved in the development of classic games in various capacities throughout a career that began with co-founding Titanic Entertainment and co-designing a celebrated online strategy game, NetStorm. Greer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Princeton University.
