Jojo Wen

Jojo Wen (Johanna Phu) is a seasoned Sr. Producer and currently leads Creative Operations at Roblox, focusing on resourcing and process improvements for the Brand Design and Creative teams. Previously, Jojo served as a Sr. Creative Producer at Robinhood and held roles at Square and Lyft where they managed vital marketing initiatives and operations. Jojo's career started in media planning at Eleven, Inc., and they gained foundational experience as an Associate Producer at Macy's. Jojo is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at San Francisco State University.
