Kathy Erickson is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience across prominent companies in the technology sector. Currently serving in a recruiting role at Roblox since January 2025, Kathy previously held the position of Senior Director, Global Recruiting at Grammarly from January 2024 to February 2025.
