Lacey B. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Litigation at Roblox since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lacey worked at Zynga as Senior Litigation Counsel from August 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing litigation matters and providing business-centric legal advice. Before joining Zynga, Lacey spent a decade at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, starting as a Summer Associate and advancing to Senior Associate, specializing in white-collar crime, investigations, and securities litigation. Lacey has extensive experience in handling complex civil litigation, regulatory actions, and conducting internal investigations. Lacey holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication Studies from Northeastern State University.
