Lydia started their career as an intern at Forbes Magazine in 2007. Lydia then went on to work as a research associate at the Center for Digital Democracy in 2008. In 2009, they began working as a research analyst at ESPY Energy Solutions, LLC.
In 2010, Lydia joined Bloomberg LP as a team leader for Fixed Income & API Analytics. Lydia then attended Harvard Business School from 2014 to 2016, where they earned their MBA. After graduation, Lydia worked as an executive compensation consultant at Bank of America from 2016 to 2019.
