Michael Andrakis

Michael Andrakis serves as the Senior Director of Engineering for Infrastructure Foundation at Roblox, where responsibilities include leading the planning, construction, and operation of a global data center fleet and overseeing physical on-prem infrastructure and related functions. Prior to this role, Michael held several significant positions at Google as Director of Data Center Network Delivery, where leadership of a 100+ member global team focused on network capacity and AI/ML infrastructure delivery. Michael also spent 15 years at Microsoft in various senior director roles, contributing to cloud infrastructure and operations, data engineering, and service engineering for major online services. Throughout a career marked by transformative organizational initiatives and capacity growth, Michael has consistently delivered on projects that drive operational efficiencies and cost savings. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business from the University of Puget Sound.
