Quan Pham

Quan Pham is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently at Roblox since February 2025, Quan previously held senior engineering positions at CaptivateIQ as Tech Lead and at The Bricks Inc, where significant contributions included establishing recruiting processes and developing core product components. Prior experience includes impactful roles at Panther Labs, where the launch of the Panther dashboard and identity management solutions were under Quan's direction, and co-founding CryptoFin, which was acquired by Coinbase. Earlier roles at Uber and Microsoft involved creating tools that streamlined operations and enhanced user experiences.
