Randy Hum

Randy Hum is a seasoned professional in business development and analytics, currently serving as the Sr. Business Development Manager for Global Prepaid Strategy & Planning at Roblox since April 2023, where responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing the Roblox Prepaid business in various markets. Prior to this role, Randy served as the Director of Customer Insights & Analytics at Bolt, leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments. At Blackhawk Network, Randy held several key positions, ultimately becoming the Director of Strategic Business Analytics, where significant contributions included translating complex data into actionable insights that boosted gift card revenue substantially. Randy holds an MBA from HEC Montréal, a BComm in Marketing from Concordia University, and completed two years of Computer Engineering at McGill University.
