Roger has held several pivotal positions in CIBC and Roblox, focusing on machine learning infrastructure and advanced analytics. They earned valuable insight as an undergraduate research assistant at the University of Waterloo, contributing to protein folding prediction using advanced computational techniques. Currently, they are enhancing multimodal large language model inference at Roblox.
