Ryan Hoying is a seasoned Data Center Operations Leader with over 14 years of experience in mid to large-scale data center environments. Currently serving as a Senior Data Center Engineer for Roblox, Ryan's past roles include Senior Site Reliability Engineer and Data Center Technician at New Relic and ServerCentral, where they contributed significantly to capacity engineering and data center management. Ryan has effectively led initiatives that reduced operational costs and improved efficiency through automation and observability. They hold an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Triton College.
