Ryan Pendergast is a Principal Software Engineer at Roblox, where they joined as part of the acquisition of Guilded. They previously co-created the JAWS framework, now known as Serverless Inc., and have been recognized as a member of the Auth0 Security Researcher Hall of Fame. With a strong background in mobile, web, and backend technologies, Ryan has contributed to numerous projects and has maintained an active role in the open-source community. They hold a BS in Computer Science from Michigan State University and have held several prominent positions in tech startups and established companies. In addition to their technical expertise, Ryan serves as a VP board member of Neuro Hospitality House and volunteers as a mentor with Kids Hope USA.
