Sabrina Phan has extensive experience in language management and localization, currently serving as Senior Language Manager for German at Roblox since June 2020, after holding the role of Language Manager for German. Prior to Roblox, Sabrina worked at Microsoft as a German NLP Linguist from August 2019 to June 2020. Previous roles include Localization Language Leads Manager and Localization Project Manager at WhatsApp Inc. from July 2015 to July 2019, and various positions at Apple in World Wide Developer Relations from November 2012 to July 2015. Sabrina's career began with a role as Production Coordinator and Translator at e2f translations, inc. in 2012, following academic positions as an Academic English Instructor at the Australian Centre for Education and Training in Vietnam and as an ESL Instructor at the International Language Academy in Vietnam. Sabrina holds a Diplom in Specialized Translation in Business and Law from the University of Applied Sciences in Magdeburg, Germany, and has also studied at Université d’Orléans in France.
