Salil Pathare

Salil Pathare is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Roblox since March 2021 and previously worked as a Software Engineer at Rev.com for a short period in late 2019. As the Founder and CTO of Simple Strips since April 2019, Salil has leveraged entrepreneurial skills alongside technical expertise. Prior experience includes an Engineering Leadership Program internship at National Instruments and a Software Engineering internship at Cisco, where notable projects included designing a GraphQL abstraction layer and developing Python modules for network automation. Academic contributions as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin focused on Digital Logic Design, while early career involvement as a Technical Instructor at Storming Robots encompassed programming education and mentorship in robotics competitions. Salil Pathare holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and was part of Y Combinator's W2020 cohort.
