Shawn Bell

Shawn Bell, J.D., AWI-CH, serves as the Principal of Employee Relations at Roblox, beginning in August 2022, where responsibilities include advancing organizational effectiveness through comprehensive employee and labor relations strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Employee Relations Manager at Roblox Games and an Employment Investigator at Facebook, where complex investigations were managed regarding various workplace issues. Shawn also held positions as an Employee Relations Manager at Uber, focusing on workplace concerns, and as a Labor and Employee Relations Manager at Amazon, advising on employment law and crisis-oriented issues. A Judicial Extern at the U.S. District Courts provided insights into case law and court procedures. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Master of Arts in Educational Counseling from San José State University.
