Vikki La, CEP, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Equity Administration at Roblox, a position held since August 2022. Prior to Roblox, Vikki was the Director of Stock Administration and Payroll at Astra from July 2021 to August 2022, and served as Sr. Manager and Manager of Equity and Payroll at Xperi Corporation from November 2015 to July 2021. With extensive experience in managing global equity compensation programs, stock administration, and payroll processes, Vikki has also held key roles at Good Technology and PLX Technology. Vikki's expertise includes compliance with federal and state regulations, collaboration with legal and finance teams, and support in IPO efforts and acquisitions. Vikki holds a CEP designation and an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Asia-Pacific International University.
