Xiaofeng Han currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Roblox since June 2021, following a decade-long tenure at Google, where the role of Senior Engineer Manager involved leading the tools and infrastructure team for search ads quality. Prior to Google, Xiaofeng held the position of Software Engineer in Test II at Microsoft, providing testing support for the AdIndex team. Xiaofeng completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science at the University of Delaware and holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Hefei University of Technology.
