Emi Sutton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Roblox since September 2025, Emi previously held the position of Corporate Counsel at Figure from March 2023 to September 2025, and has served as Assistant General Counsel at Textron from November 2018 to March 2023. Emi's prior experience includes a role as Corporate Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP between September 2015 and October 2018, as well as a Summer Associate position at the same firm in 2014.
