Sebastian R. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Sebastian is currently the CEO at Robly Email Marketing, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Robly Email Marketing from June 2019 to January 2020.

Before joining Robly Email Marketing, Sebastian worked at Altoros as a Project Manager from October 2018 to June 2019. In this role, they managed multiple teams and projects for clients in the USA and Europe. Their responsibilities included resource planning for each project.

From April 2014 to October 2018, Sebastian served as the CTO at Logan. Sebastian was responsible for coordinating and supervising the implementation of computing resources at the company. Sebastian's previous experience includes working as a Senior Functional Analyst and Developer at Mobile Streams from March 2011 to April 2014. Sebastian worked on web and mobile developments, specifically focusing on mobile content download platforms and customer invoicing.

Sebastian also served as an IT Consultant at Proguide Global Services from February 2009 to January 2011. In this role, Sebastian managed system developments from initial contact with clients to system delivery and after-sales customer service.

Prior to that, they worked as a Semi-Senior Developer and Trainer at Epidata Consulting from January 2007 to February 2009. Sebastian gained valuable experience working on IT projects for clients like Nextel and Banelco. Sebastian also provided UML and Rational Rose training, as well as coaching on SCRUM methodology.

Sebastian's early career included positions at Southworks as a Junior Developer from January 2006 to January 2007, and at Escuelas Técnicas ORT as a Substitute Teacher from March 2004 to January 2006.

Sebastian R. graduated from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in 2011 with a degree in Information Systems Engineering, specializing in Information Technology. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2015. Sebastian also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in August 2006.
