Daniela Rus

Daniela Rus is an accomplished academic and industry leader in computer science and robotics, currently serving as Director at Liquid AI, SymphonyAI, Symbotic, and Themis AI since 2023. Daniela Rus has held the position of Director at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) at MIT since 2003, where also serves as a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Deputy Dean of Research at the Schwarzman College of Computing. Prior experience includes a professorship at Dartmouth College from 1994 to 2003. Daniela Rus obtained a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Robotics from Cornell University between 1987 and 1993.
