roboLoop is a Pennsylvania-based technology company delivering automation to the e-waste industry. We are a spinoff of eLoop, a certified leader in IT asset disposition, and the Carnegie Mellon Robotics Institute, one of the world’s foremost robotics research institutions.

At roboLoop, we are redefining the future of electronics recycling. Using proprietary robotic systems designed at the intersection of artificial intelligence and advanced engineering, we automate the dismantling of flat panel displays (FPDs) — one of the fastest-growing and most challenging e-waste streams in the world.

At the heart of roboLoop is a proprietary AI-driven robotic system built specifically for flat panel display disassembly. Unlike traditional shredding, which produces contaminated and lower-value scrap, our robotics remove fasteners, identify components, and separate materials into clean streams.

From televisions to monitors, our process delivers cleaner, safer, and more valuable results than traditional shredding methods. By focusing on precision robotic disassembly, we protect workers, maximize material recovery, and contribute directly to the circular economy.

roboLoop is more than just a recycler. We provide a range of services that help recyclers, municipalities, and OEMs maximize recovery, reduce risks, and achieve sustainability goals.

Our Core Services:

Flat Panel Display Recycling – Robotic disassembly of TVs and monitors at scale, delivering clean, high-value commodities.

Critical Material Recovery – Recovery of elements like indium and gallium from thin-film transistors, with adaptability to future rare earth material recovery.

Commodities Sales – Clean, uncontaminated metals and plastics available for resale in global commodity markets.

Consulting and Technical Services – Partnering with recyclers and OEMs to improve material recovery strategies.
