We have been developing Made in Italy technology for over 40 years.
We produce a highly technological, innovative and constantly evolving machine.
Born for the food sector, it has seen a recent development also in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical sector.
A single machine, many functions for: cutting, chopping, mixing, emulsifying, steaming under pressure and vacuum, cooling, concentrating, homogenizing, pulverizing and kneading.
The Qbo uses particle heating with direct contact of the radiating surface, no particle acts as a thermal conductor. Particle heating allows constant temperature control; in fact, a low thermal impact serves to preserve the nutritional properties of the raw materials. The vacuum device eliminates the oxidative effect of the raw materials that maintain their original colors, aromas and flavors in the food sector.
In cosmetics, the machine allows you to make basic preparations in a very short time and with a high quality result, texture and product homogeneity.
the Qbo is equipped with a simple and immediate interface that allows the control of the process in every phase and, the data exchange between production and office, allows the download of the files and their storage. Attentive to food safety regulations, the machine is also equipped with an innovative washing, sanitizing and sanitizing system in order to exclude any possibility of bacteriological contamination. Also equipped with a Wifi Ready system for remote assistance; automatically detects any operating anomalies. The latest version of the Qbo is also equipped with an innovative voice system able to communicate.
